Significant background interference
was observed for the SRM transition
613 > 569 of PFDoA at Q1 resolution
of 0.7 Da. FWHM, therefore H-SRM
was employed. As shown in Figure 4,
using the higher Q1 resolution of
0.2 Da. FWHM removed the matrix
interference without compromising
sensitivity. Moreover, sensitive and
unambiguous PFC detection was
achieved without the use of in-line
trapping or column switching.
